Connie is extremely unhelpful and uncooperative. Twice I have called to get insurance for two different cars in New Jersey. I was told both times that I am in eligible despite the fact that I’ve had State Farm in Pennsylvania for years. When asking for help to determine why I could possibly be denied she couldn’t give any examples whatsoever. Told multiple times that she can have a letter sent to me and completely unwilling to offer any further information other than that, “it’s extremely hard to get car insurance in New Jersey right now. ”How can that even be possible?
